Blood Drive

• ·      get posters stamped
• ·      handouts- 3/page
• ·      truck will get here an hour before
• ·      drive starts at 11, but need 1+ volunteer to help unload/set up at 10
•      volunteer to help clean up too
• ·      red cross will help to recruit
• ·      online sign up sheet if we want it
• ·      can get ROTC to help too

DAT

• ·      promote early training for next year so that we can be on call
• ·      1-day training event on a Saturday
• o   look into the online option
• ·      future officers look into this!

Vaccinate a Village

• ·      Thomas is going to submit a new SAO request

Officers

• ·      should have two military/veterans officers

Food Drive

• ·      packaged and sent to Operation Gratitude
• ·      going to work with Marine Corps League of SJC to set that up for future years

Future

• ·      should do a concession stand to raise money because we’ve used a lot of our funds for events this year
• ·      blood drives: start setting it up early, in the SUMMER
• ·      Officers: Carol treasurer/secretary

Martin's Food Drive

• Saturday, March 21st
• 11 am - 4 pm? 
• shifts of volunteers
• 1.5 hour shifts 
• items to buy: care packages for soldiers overseas 
• check with Alison to see what the items will be 
• google doc signup sheet

Vaccinate a Village

• next Wed and Thurs (25-26) or the week after Tues and Wed (3/31 and 4/1), have a meeting that Monday to cut out papers
• Red Cross and CDC
• for $1 you can vaccinate a child 
• make little slips to hand out at the front of Lafun 
• candy 
• domer dollar swiper
